About Minerva

Hello

I work with individuals and couples who carry significant responsibility—professionally, relationally, or both—and who are seeking a thoughtful, grounded space to understand themselves more deeply and relate with greater intention.

My clinical work is shaped not only by formal training, but by years spent in senior corporate roles, where I experienced firsthand the emotional demands of leadership, visibility, and sustained high performance. Like many of the clients I support, I understand what it means to function well outwardly while feeling stretched, disconnected, or privately burdened. My own decision to pause, reflect, and realign with what truly mattered informs how I show up in the therapeutic space: with steadiness, respect, and a deep appreciation for complexity.

I draw on evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and mindfulness-informed practices. Our work together focuses on building clarity, emotional awareness, and practical insight—supporting you in navigating stress, decision-making, and relationships in ways that are aligned with your values rather than driven by pressure or expectation.

With individuals, I often support those navigating burnout, anxiety, self-worth concerns, relational strain, and major life transitions—particularly when high performance or leadership roles leave little room for emotional processing. With couples, I am especially passionate about working with partners who want to better understand their relational dynamics, address patterns shaped by stress or power imbalance, and move toward deeper connection, mutual respect, and shared intention.

My practice is grounded in professionalism, cultural humility, and ongoing learning. I strive to offer a calm, discerning, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment—one where you do not need to perform, explain, or minimize your experience.

It would be an honour to support you as you work toward greater clarity, emotional sustainability, and meaningful change.
